Refund Policy

Because reports are generated immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once reports have been delivered. However, if your reports failed to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will either regenerate them or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.

How long does it take to generate my reports?

Usually 2–3 minutes. If it takes longer than 10 minutes, please contact support.

Can I retake the assessment?

Yes. Create a new assessment from the home page. Each assessment is independent.

What happens to my uploaded documents?

Raw document text is automatically deleted after 90 days. A structured summary derived from your documents may be retained to keep your reports personalized.

How do I cancel my community subscription?

Contact support@myfastfoward.com and we'll cancel it immediately with no penalty.

Is my data shared or sold?

Never. We do not sell your personal data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
