Refund Policy

Report Bundle — One-Time Purchase ($20)

No refunds after report generation

Because reports are AI-generated and delivered instantly upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once generation has begun. This is standard for digital goods with instant delivery.

  • Technical failure: If your reports fail to generate due to an error on our side and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support@myfastfoward.com with your order ID.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
  • Unauthorised charge: If you believe your card was charged without your authorisation, contact us immediately and we will investigate and refund where applicable.

Community Subscription ($15/month)

  • Free trial: All new subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. No charge is made until day 31. Cancel before day 31 and you will not be billed.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • Refunds after billing: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@myfastfoward.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@myfastfoward.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your name and email address used at checkout
  • Your order ID (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt)
  • The reason for your request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
